Digging into Mineral Makeup-- As promised the video

Digging Into Mineral Makeup

Where did it all come from?   Well from boredom of emollient metallic explosion.  UUHHHH, so pigmented!!!!!

Give me a break, ok!

I mean I love them but I am growing older at the same time.  Honestly, most of the time they feel so much and not matching with rest of my assemble.

However, mineral makeup feels fab throughout the day.  They are a bit underwhelming when you first put it on especially if you are a Colorpop or Juvias Place kind a girl.  But they feel so elegant and they get better and better throughout the day.

Below is the beginning of my experiment with mineral eye shadows.

It looks mediocre but the picture is not doing justice believe me.  I did a video with this look.  I hope it is going to  make a better impression once I upload.  It is happening soon.  All I need is a quiet time for a voice over.

I am loving these type of looks.  They feel like modern Bridget Bardot.  If everything goes as planned, I am having a son in 8 days.  I am so excited because right after that, I am going to get my hair done.

Here are the details for the eye makeup:
  • Concrete Minerals Graveyard on the lid and under lower lash (the taupe goodness)
  • Concrete Minerals Los Angelitos in the inner corner and in the lower lash line
  • Shu Uemura M 851, 850, and M 895 build in the crease in order
Unfortunately, the Shu Uemura shadows I used are very cool toned mattes and they did not blend well over Concrete Minerals primer.  I am trying to find pressed matte eye shadows in my collection that will work awesome with this primer. Next time I shop from this brand, I will try their loose matte formulations.  I am on a mission.

Please recommend to me if you have experience with amazing mineral shadows.

THE MASQUERADE BY JUVIA'S FOR A MONTH; PROJECT FINALE: WHAT I LEARNED ABOUT MY MAKEUP HABITS

I must admit; pregnancy gets harder as it gets closer.  It may seem like I lacked major updates here but within the last week or so, I barely do anything different with my makeup.  I either wear the same look or I hate my face.  I do not know where it is coming from but I am not sleeping well, most of the time I can only sleep like three hours tops. My mind is almost taken over with fear.  What if sth is wrong with the baby, why it is not moving, he does not have a name yet, blah, blah, blah.... Last 12 days to my c section and I am freaking out.

Even tough makeup is a safe escape for me, most days I felt like removing it as soon as I put it on.  I know this is not very motivational piece of writing for a Project Finale but I can not help it.  Hopefully, around Christmas Time I will have a healthy boy on my lap and everything will be back to normal.  Anyways, lets wrap this up.

I learned a ton about myself, so that is a good thing.  In fact, there were good reasons for lack of attention to this palette.

  • The colors are too repetitive.  I know they all look different but when you use it continuously, they all feel like same.  My looks were either coming out too orange or too purple.
  • I learned that too colorful palettes are not for me.  I need a balance between light transitions, pop of colors, and intensifier shades.
  • Huge ass palettes are a hard pass.  Do not even think about it. You do not pay attention and you dig your fingers and nails and ruin them.
  • Jewel tones; you do not ever use them. Stop buying them just to look at them.
  • No matter how much you love the colors and the quality, after a while you will get bored to hell with it.  Make sure the pans are removable. This should be actually number one condition but I am still sucked in to packaging.  I do not feel ready for this yet.  I am not strong enough.

I was thinking bout picking up a new palette.  But I am due real soon.  I do not wanna feel bad about no being able to put updates.  But I will see.  I think next, I will pick an ABH palette.  I have couple, I barely touched.  They are small, great formulation, and well balanced in therms of color combinations.  So what is my problem with those?  I am curious.

THE MASQUERADE BY JUVIA'S FOR A MONTH: 11.28.2018

Today was an awesome makeup day.  I just focused on two shades from the palette.  Than I had to pick an outsider to blend the upper crease to the brow bone and voila!!!!  I even got a complement at Mommy & Me class.

That is my recommendation for you; whenever you feel like you are attacked by color scheme, focus on a shade or two not to get overwhelmed.  You will be able to discover awesome combinations for every occasion.  Having said that, I think the pans should be removable for two reasons.  Their selection of colors are very creative and different but also not for everyone.  I can obviously focus on certain shades and pick a color or two from another palette but it is inconvenient. The second reason is, no matter how awesome the formulations are, at one point any palette will bore you to death.  And this is my friend can easy be salvaged with re-arrangement of colors. Make your pans removable.

I get the attractive, affordable price point to get your name out there.  But now that everybody rave about the quality of the product, I think it is time to improve packaging.  I do not know how much it affects the cost but I sure do not mind the extra couple dollars.  I am not talking about obnoxiously high end packaging here.  I just want to be able to remove the pans.  But because these huge ass pans are glued to the cardboard directly, it is almost impossible to remove them without  ruining them.  Improve packaging, please!!!!!

Lighting is terrible in this picture but you get the idea.  By the way, the metallic formulations in this palette are extremely emollient.  If you have hooded eyes, it is best to carry them up to crease so you do not end up with heavy smudging in the crease like me as picture clearly shows.  This combo of colors are extremely forgiving but with vibrant colors, smudging may make your look very unpleasant.

Details:
  • The Masquerade by Juvia's Zulu in the crease and outer corner
  • The Masquerade by Juvia's Casablanca on the lid
  • The Masquerade by Juvia's Dahia in the inner corner
  • MAC Cosmetics Bamboo the blend the upper crease edges to the brow bone.
Eyeliner: Maybelline gel liner in brown

See you tomorrow.

THE MASQUERADE BY JUVIA'S FOR A MONTH: 11.27.2018

At this point everything I come up with has a purple in it.  I am still clueless about many of the shades in the palette.  I think this is due to a lot of repeat shades in the palette.  I will mention this in the review I am going to do at the end of the project. And since I am coming to an end of my project in a week or so, I decided to stick with very simple eye looks from this day on.

Today, I was still pushing mixing a lot of shades but it got out of hand.  I still enjoyed the look.  I think I will do a better job keeping it minimal.  Based on my taste, this palette does not offer any light, blending shades and it does not have any intense enough color to darken up the crease.

I am changing my strategy to learn the colors a little bit better.  I will stick with the palette for the remaining of the project.  At least I will try.  I feel like I will definitely need an outsider to blend the upper crease to the brow bone tough.

THE MASQUERADE BY JUVIA'S FOR A MONTH: 11.26.2018

I have been beaten by a turkey.  I mean how much a heavily pregnant woman can eat???  I literally fell a sleep from eating too much.   My doctor will not approve my recent weight jump.  My surgeon will hate it.  Anyways, we are counting the days now.

On the contrary, things have been improving with jewel tones.  I discovered or rediscovered an exiting tip that actually works with formulation of these kinds of very emollient, metallic / jewel toned eye shadows.  Ok, here it is; sponge tip applicators.   Probably the most common, cheapest, old school eye shadow applicator out there.  Always overlooked and laughed at but when you think about it, companies are still pretty diligent on putting these in the eye shadow compacts.  In conclusion, they work amazing.  If you are let down because, the darn thing does not stick to any of your brushes or blending gets out of control, give it a try with sponge tip.  It literally made these eye shadows as shinny as pigments.   Not only the sponge tip sticks the product ti your skin better but also swiping motions melt the product to your skin.  Ok, after this description, I am going to get myself an ice cream.

Lets get to the look,

I call this an improvement in comparison with the previous two.  By the way, entire eye look is done with the sponge tip applicators.  I find myself successful.  I am proud, satisfied, and content. Yay, to a new challenge.  How about I show this applicator in action in the next video?

Eye Makeup Details;

  • MAC Cosmetics Bamboo (in the crease)
  • The Masquerade by Juvia's Fulani (in the crease)
  • The Masquerade by Juvia's Mali (on the lid)
  • Make Up Forever ME-230 (inner and outer portions of the lid blended with the Mali, also in the lower lash line)
  • MAC Cosmetics Contrast (in the crease, discontinued but any dark blue would do)
  • Brown eye pencil in the waterline
Eyeliner is; L'Oreal felt tip eyeliner

Bye now!!!!!

THE MASQUERADE BY JUVIA'S FOR A MONTH: 11.22.2018

I have been skipping.  Well 35 weeks pregnant and losing sleep major time.  But not because of the baby.  Because of the darn OZARK; addictive dude. Just what I needed after BREAKING BAD.

I spent a day with a face rest.  Rest of the time face has been loaded but nothing note worthy.  I learned that, I am not very good with jewel tones.  They confuse me.  But so we give up??? Never.  It is about practice baby.  You will suck until you find the right tones that work with your jewel tones. So still trying and failing.  But these are the last two days looks. I am not able to put the details, because we are literally heading out to Thanksgiving Dinner.

I have major problem with both of these looks.  They are not what I wanted.  They turned out ok; heavy smokey eye but nothing special.  Still working on it.  The second picture was taken on a gloomy day.  The colors do not show up very good.  I will put details once I come up with a better version of a jewel toned eye shadow look.

But I am still working on this.  Here is a look I loved doing and I also posted a video.

THE MASQUERADE BY JUVIA'S FOR A MONTH: 11.17.2018

I tried doing the same look I did yesterday.  But apparently I changed a thing or two because well I forgot the order I used the colors.  I believe this look turned out even doper.

Any ways, not much to say but I am really liking this color combo.  I can wear it little bit longer.  I still have couple shades to use which I have not touched just yet since I got the palette.

There are so many dupe shades in this palette.  Some colors are so close to each other and that bothers me.  What a waste of space given that these are huge pan sizes.

By the way,  how exciting is the Melt Cosmetics upcoming palette.  So many shimmers which I do not wanna get into.  But also, so tempting.  In addition,  I am excited about KVD Lolita palette too, which is all matte and definitely I can dig into.  I have some thinking to do.

Here is the look.  I am going to put the details but the difference is really minor.

  • Mac Cosmetics Bamboo (crease and lower lash line)
  • Mac Cosmetics Texture (crease and lower lash line)
  • The Masquerade By Juvia's Zulu (crease & lid)
  • The Masquerade By Juvia's Zobo (crease)
  • The Masquerade By Juvia's Ada (crease)
  • Mac Cosmetics Amber Lights (center lid)
  • Colorpop Super Shock Eye shadow in Lightening Bug (on top of Amber Lights)
  • Kat Von D Saint and Sinner Palette Crucifix (outer crease)
Eye Liner is:  Maybelline Blackest Black

By the way, I uploaded the video of my purple halo eye makeup look

THE MASQUERADE FOR JUVIA'S FOR A MONTH: 11.16.2018

Today's look was a bomb to my standards.  I felt high.  By the way, I watched Bohemian Rapsody and it is dope, amazing, and I am so happy that I watched it on a big screen.  My baby in the belly jumped with joy and I felt a bit uncomfortable, but it was awesome.

Ok, my talent is my happy family and creating time for my hobby.  My life is a joy with all the ups and downs. I find a balance, not perfect but I love it.

I love these tones on me.  Reds, oranges, gold, browns, and a bold liner.  I can do this everyday.

Here are the datails:

  • Mac Cosmetics Bamboo (crease and lower lash line)
  • Mac Cosmetics Texture (crease and lower lash line)
  • The Masquerade By Juvia's Zobo (crease)
  • The Masquerade By Juvia's Ada (crease)
  • The Masquerade By Juvia's Zulu (on the lid)
  • Mac Cosmetics Amber Lights (center lid)
  • Kat Von D Saint and Sinner Palette Crucifix (outer crease)
Eyeliner: Inglot #77 set with Matte black pigment to prevent smudging

I am still trying to finish editing my video.

I think I am going to do video on this look as well.  I love it.

THE MASQUERADE BY JUVIA'S FOR A MONTH: 11.15.2018

Yesterday was chaotic. The baby is still in the uterus but for about an hour, he practiced an exit plan.  Freaked me and daddy out.  Anyways, my project was using this palette everyday for a month.  But, I forgot to calculate that:

1.  I do not wear makeup everyday
2.  There are days I wear the same look over and over.   Not often but at times I like to wear the same look with minimal changes to make it better and better.  Than I never wear it again.  I know, cliche.

Ok,  so the trouble color is Chi.  It is beautiful but for some reason, I did not like it in the crease.  It blended ok, but lost all its potential.  It did not even looked satiny.  So today, I packed it on the lid halo style.  And I must say, I am much happier.  I even did a video with it.  I am going to upload it hopefully tomorrow.  But here i the look.

Taaaa taaaaaa

I am darn tired from last night early labor episode and forced myself major time for that smidgen of a smile.  But, do not you think this look is much better version of a Chi, in comparison with the previous look?   There is definitely sth awesome about the combination of sage green and cool toned purple but Chi could not deliver it.  It wants to be a sole rider.

Details:
  • Mac Cosmetics Bamboo (crease)
  • Mac Cosmetics Tete-a-Tint (crease)
  • Mac Cosmetics Saddle (crease)
  • The Masquerade By Juvia's Chi (inner and outer lid)
  • The Masquerade By Juvia's Calabar (on the center lid)
  • The Masquerade by Juvia's Zobo (crease)
  • Inglot AMC Pure Pigment in #81 (on the center lid)
Liner:  Maybelline Blackest Black

Adios!!!! I am watching Ozark!!! No wonder I was almost getting into early labor.....

THE MASQUERADE BY JUVIA'S FOR A MONTH: 11.13.2018

TODAY'S LOOK WAS A DISASTER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I guess it is expected when ypu are using a new color for the first time.  Today I used the color CHI from the palette for the first time and I could not figure out what to do with it.  But I discovered sth.: looking at colors in the palette together with other coordinated vibrant shades can be misleading to interpret them.  I expected this color to be some jewel toned metallic purple.  Which can be based on how you apply it.  Even tough it looks metallic, it applied more like a iridescent/satin and honestly it was a bit underwhelming.  It has no dimension at all. My mineral eye shadows deliver better results. Having said that, this formulation is very much like previous formulation of Makeup Forever eye shadows. Amazing mattes and then it gets confusing between diamond finish, metallic finish, and iridescent finish.  It turns into hit and miss. I have to play with this color a bit more for ultimate judgement.
Details:              Colorpop Super Shock Shadow in Cornelious (crease)
Colorpop Super Shock Shadow in Elixir(crease)
The Masquerade by Juvia's Eyeshadow in Chi (crease)
Natasha Denona Eyeshadow in  08V-Tropic (lid)

Inglot gel liner in 77.  I put to much duraline into this.  It now smudges everywhere and drives me nuts.

See you later!!!!

The Masquerade by Juvia's for a month/ the crazy pink in the crease: 11.12.2018

I loved yesterday's look so much that I wanted to do real quick video on it.  The crazy pink shade, Bori, is the most pleasing discovery in this palette for me.

Also I found a much better version for the discontinued blue shade I used in the outer crease yesterday.  It is from Concrete Minerals and called Saint.  These Mineral Eyeshadows are amazing.  But more of that later.

Bye now!!!

THE MASQUERADE BY JUVIA'S FOR A MONTH: 11.11.2018

I am pushing the boundaries major time in order to use every shade in this palette.  The pink in this palette is mind blowing and it is not as scary as it seems to wear it.  I mean you look like you are trying so hard but than you can't take your eyes of it if paired right.  I went with a safe bet. I paired it with a light tone sparkly pink and put together a classic smokey eye.

I think I am going to make a video with this look.  It looks so nice especially if you tune down everything else!

Eye makeup details:

There are some discontinued colors in this combo but no panic.  They are simple to dupe

  • Light pink iridescent eye shadow on the crease
  • The Masquerade by Juvia's Bori on the crease
  • The Masquerade by Juvia's Giza on the lid
  • Inglot AMC Pure Pigment in #50 on the lid slightly tapped on Giza
  • A dark blue eyeshadow (matte or iridescent) eye shadow in the outer crease (all the blues I tied turned to purple when mixed with this pink.  This pink is so intense)
Eyeliner is Bobbi Brown #11 Saphire Shimmer Eyeliner (discontinued but any navy toned gel liner would work)

I really want to film this look.  Will see!!!!

THE MASQUERADE BY JUVIA'S FOR A MONTH: 11.10.2018

Today's look is tuned down jewel toned eye makeup look.  I personally lowed this look but obviously this is not a look I do often.  Next time, I am not going to commit to this pan size with these bright toned metallics.  Even tough it is a fun change, I do not see myself doing this on a regular basis. Lesson noted.

Eye makeup details:
  • MAC Cosmetics BAMBOO in the crease
  • MAC Cosmetics TETE A TINT in the crease
  • The Masquerade by Juvia's Cairo in the crease & Lower lash line
  • Inglot gel liner #70 in the water line and lower lash line
  • The Masquerade by Juvia's Dalia in the lower lash line
  • Natasha Denona Safari Palette Fata Morgana in the outer edge of the lower lash line
  • Kat Von D Saint and Sinner Palette Ashes on the lid (light gray eye shadow)
  • Inglot AMC pure pigment #113 in the inner corner
Here is the video of  full face make up application!!!!

Until next time.....

THE MASQUERADE BY JUVIA'S FOR A MONTH: 11.09.2018

I could not put makeup on today.  I could not sleep as long as a human should which is not the first time but thinking about doing makeup with this palette was not encouraging.  It felt like it was going to take for ever and I simply decided go on my day sans makeup.

And guess what I discovered?  This is not a palette to create sth quick for me.  Yes, you can pick a single color from the palette but you need another color to tie that vibrant tone to your skin. I do not enjoy using bronzer or blush to create transition on the lid.

The mattes in this palette are very intense.  You can blend them to your crease but the tones are either too orange, red, or cool toned brown.

Same goes for metallics; they are either too vibrant or jewel toned.  When used on their own, they look like unfinished business.  This palette is definitely missing transitions shades based on your makeup taste. I enjoy gradually building colors and blown out smokey eyes. So this palette on its own not working for me.

I already have a makeup look planned for tomorrow.  I am going to do a video on it.
See you tomorrow!

THE MASQUERADE BY JUVIA'S FOR A MONTH: 11.08.2018

Hello,

Guess what is new?  I made another eye shadow purchase. This time I do not regret it tough because I put the colors together myself. And I believe this is going to be my perfect travel companion.  I benefited from Shu Uemura sale.  Most of their shades are out of stock so it really helped.  I am dying to get this and show you.

Back to my project update...

Day #3 started with a morning rush.  So today was a natural day.  The below picture was taken hours after I applied my makeup.  Also, I took a nap with makeup on.  I am heavily pregnant and I do not sleep much these days because of heart burn.  Excuse the worn off makeup on a worn off face.

I hate this picture but lessons noted:

  • never use orange to contour your nose
  • that lipstick is not your tone honey.
Anyways,  I really enjoyed the eye makeup tough.  It looked super boring and simple at the beginning but it was all grown up and wore off so nicely.

Here are the details on the eyes:

  • MAC Cosmetics BAMBOO in the crease
  • MAC Cosmetics TETE A TINT in the crease
  • The Masquerade by Juvia's Cairo in the crease
  • The Masquerade by Juvia's Burkina in the outher crease
  • The Masquerade by Juvia's  Giza and Dahia mixed on the lid
  • Inglot AMC Pere Pigment #87 in the outer crease  ( supposed to be pure black pigment but barely looked dark grayish)
Eyeliner is Maybelline CHARCOAL.  Love this dude.

Ok.  That is about it.  I loved this look so much that I may stick with it for couple days.  Will see???

THE MASQUERADE BY JUVIA'S FOR A MONTH:11.07.2018

Ok, Day #2

It is only 2nd day and am I already getting bored?????

Let me tell you why this is happening: because I keep buying same color combinations.  This is what happens when you keep buying without actually using your already purchased makeup.

I was going over some palettes to  combine whit this one.  I came across bunch of ABH palettes that were barely touched: Sad man SADDDDDD!!!

Let's salvage the situation, shall we?

TaTaaaaaa.....

List of Shadows used:

  • MAC Cosmetics Malt (Crease)
  • MAC Cosmetics Haux (Crease)
  • The Masquerade By Juvia's Zobo (Crease)
  • The Masquerade By Juvia's Calabar (Lid)
  • Natasha Denona Safari Palette Voodo (Outer Crease)
Liner is: Maybelline Liner in Blackest Black topped with Inglot AMC pure pigment in 87 (matte black).   This liner combination is a pain in the butt.  Fallouts are terrible to deal with and Maybelline liner is pathetic on its own.

I rate this look mediocre for two reasons:

1.  I had to go over the liner with a matte black pigment. It smudged to my crease and made this eye makeup look poorly blended.
2. Natasha Denona Safari Palette mattes are very creamy.  Too creamy in fact.  The shade Voodoo did not blend well with Sigma E36.  This blending brush was too precise for this type of formulation.  It applied it almost like a liner.  I could not blend the harsh line look afterwards because the product was too creamy and literally adhered on top of powder products.

In summary, I remember the color Calabar was my first sight love in this palette.  It is beautiful but it was not as jewel toned like Casablanca.  Still very good color payoff and lasting performance but it was satiny not jewel toned metalic.

Star color of the day was the ZOBO from the palette.  It looks like a fushia within those purples, but pulled more berry tones and almost gave me ABH Love Letter vibes.  I am going to focus on this color more.

Until tomorrow.....Bye!!!

THE MASQUERADE BY JUVIA'S FOR A MONTH: 11.06.2018

I remember the day I received palettes from Juvia's palettes.  I was happy as a kid. Than what happened; why I never did any of the color combos I imagined I would do with these?????  This baby was jammed in a drawer waiting for its expiration.  Let's find out why!!!!

First look with the palette:

Here is a list of eye shadows I used in order:

  • MAC Cosmetics Bamboo ( crease)
  • MAC Cosmetics Texture (crease)
  • The Masquerade by Juvia's Cairo (crease)
  • The Masquerade by Juvia's Ada (crease)
  • The Masquerade by Juvia's Casablanca (lid)
  • MAC Cosmetics Antiqued (slightly applied to outer corner of the crease to tune down the reds)
Eyeliner is Maybelline Blackest Black. I do not like it. Sorry!!!

Tip:

While blending colors to your crease, start with the lightest shade and big, fluffy crease brush.  As the color gets darker, blending brush gets smaller.

Fist days note:

This makeup looked stunning throughout the day. The pigmentation of the three shades, I used from the palette, are exceptional.  But the palette was not enough on its own. I needed additional shades in the crease to soften the look for daytime.  There are not any light and mid tone transition shades in this palette for me.

Makeup Challenge; Using the Same Palette for a Month!!!!!

It is not an eye shadow collection at this point; it is a pile of stuff. I buy my eye shadow palettes with big expectations but before I can use the palette fully, I switch to something else.

Two things triggered this petty project of mine;

  • I purchased the 28 pan Natasha Denona Palettes and barely used them,
  • I paid 60 sth dollars to a Chanel quad over a month ago and I still have not used it.  Because in between I purchased more eye shadows.
SO I CAME UP WITH THIS IDEA; FOR A MONTH I AM GOING TO COMMIT TO THE SAME PALETTE!!!!!!!!

I am going to use this palette everyday for a month some days on its own and some days in conjunction with other eye shadows I have in my collection. I believe one month is a good time frame to learn each color and formulation in the palette as well as discover how they work with other eye shadows I have in my collection.

My purpose is to:

  • digest what I have in my makeup collection color and formulation wise
  • find out my favorite formulations
  • decide if the type of palette is really useful for me.  Formulation wise it can be great but it may be bulky and inconvenient to use.
At the end of each project,  I am going to give a full review of the palette.

So let's get started...

Key things I learned from practicing Soft Cut Crease Looks on myself

First of all do not get discouraged by age or eyeshape; all you need is time. I can you tell this much; this is the hardest technique in my opinion. Cut crease looks are intimidating too but you erase most of the crease work with a concealer. But while doing this one, you gotta blend the hack out of it while still intensifying the crease. It is time consuming. But I think it is worth knowing. It teaches you a lot about your unique eye shape and how to use your brushes. Rediscovering your crease is a hit and miss game especially if you have hooded eyes but once you get used to this technique, your smokey eye looks will be on a new level.

For this video I used KAt Von D anniversary palette. The eye makeup portion took me half an hour. I timed it. But getting better I promise. These is always hesitation with new color combinations. Second time you do it, it is much faster. Step by step: -- Prime the lids; I used concealer -- Color Melanie applied all over the lid with Morphe E30 to set the concealer -- Color Ashley applied to crease with Morphe R39 to create shade --Same color applied to crease with Morphe M514 to create depth in the crease -- Color Nancy applied to lid with Smith 235 up to crease and blended with Ashley --Color Malice applied to upper crease with MUA crease brush 315 to shape the crease -- Tightline the eyes with a black liner; I used pixie liner in noir -- Use same liner to line upper and outer edge of the lower lash line -- Use the same liner in the outer crease to create a base for the darkest shade -- Go over the black liner with the color Adele and intensify the crease halfway with Sigma E25 brush. -- Apply Alexandra, pink glitter shade, on the lid --Apply Ashley with Morphe E36 brush under lower lash line tracing the black brown liner The color Adele was not as intense as I would like to I go over the liner with brow powder/ liner duo in Dark Brown for Smashbox. This may create some fall out while used as a liner. Make sure you do not have a lot of powder on the applicator. Blush: Colourpop Prenup Lips: Colourpop Chi Ultra Matte Lip and NArs Sex Machine Jumbo lip pencil

This look is inspired by a MAC N collection facechart I came accross at Pinterest. Here is the link

Untill next week I wish you colorful days !!!!

How I Use Very Colorful Palettes; Juvia's Place The Magic Palette

Don't be put off by by colorful palettes. They all have some logic behind the curation. Select five:

  • all over shade
  • crease contour
  • crease define
  • lid shade
  • intensify

I hope it helps. I want some color and shimmer these days. Your looks does not have to be marginal but just brighten your face.
