I GOTTA DO STH ABOUT MY WEIGHT- BOILED EGG


I know this one is not so yummy for everyone but the benefits are a page long.  All you got to do is; boil the egg.  Your egg can boil while you are dressing up or putting on your makeup. There is a way to incorporate this to your morning routine. Other than that, salt it, pepper it, or whatever, but find a way to like this.  Rich in protein and it is a breakfast.
