Yes, weight lost issue; it is a nasty one. When it comes to weight loss, the target is about eating habit. Do not try to burn your tights at the gym. Eating is the heart and soul of the problem.
I am going over multiple options and when I find sth useful, I am going to share this with you.
First one is a super easy breakfast option. Yes, you gotta have this one.
Ready, set, go!!!!
1. Rice cake
2. Almond butter
3. Fruit
Get your rice cake (plain, cinnamon sugar, whatever kind), spread a table spoon of almond butter on the rice cake (do not over do it), and top it with your favorite fruits (do not over do it). This is not a diet recipe but it is going to fill you up and maybe you can say no to donuts if your taste buds are satisfied.
Try it! It is good. IF you can manage to drink a glass of water or two, you will feel full even longer and it is going to be lunch time in no time.
